Raleigh, NC - Chris Ehrenfeld, owner of two Governors Village businesses (Bold Construction and Domicile Realty), was recently awarded the Triangle Business Journal's 2015 '40 Under 40 Leadership Award'. His mother, Jill Ehrenfeld, co-owner of Governors Club Realty says, "I am so proud of my son Chris and his fellow award winners. The group has teamed up to build a home for Habitat for Humanity, and have set a lofty goal of raising funds to build a home in Wake County.
